Larkaun Homes, Red Deer has a lot to offer as a builder!! We are personal and custom no matter what the size or price of home, because we always stay a manageable size for our small team. In our opinion that is one of the most important tributes to a superior builder or contractor.
To start we include land and GST in all of our prices
Standards in our homes can range from a starter to mid range and higher home. And by this we mean, possible mechanical, plumbing upgrades (ie. tankless hot water), and granite might be a couple of good examples.
We allow our customers sufficient budgets for all of your interior design costs. For example, a thicker, plush, two toned carpet, fibre floor (thicker vinyl), ceramic tile, full tile backsplash, maple cabinets, upgraded countertop finish, upgraded finish pack, low E dual pane windows, 30 year shingle, custom pre-cast steps (if not a large veranda)……and the list goes on. We also upgrade the ‘guts’ of the home that you don’t necessarily see. For example, larger footings, higher MPA in concrete for your driveway and walk, extra backing where a TV might go, etc.
At the end of it all… we truly believe we have the best team of trades and suppliers. We all work together to make your build with us FUN!! Not one of those drawn out, ‘nothing but a pain’ projects so many people experience.
