All plans are custom designed to maximize square footage and value with your needs in mind. We arrange for you to consult with our in-house Designer, which is provided at no extra cost to you. Our new home consultants are trained to listen and answer all your questions prior to starting your new home. They will guide you through all the phases of construction, making sure your new home is everything you want it to be. Site inspections during every phase are arranged to ensure we work together to achieve a finished product that we can all be proud of.
